You need the demolition permit checklist. It is attached. https://www.littlerock.gov/media/4649/demolition-permit-checklist-sep_2018.pdf There is no need to speak with me personally, the permit desk will take care of this for you. Check with Terry or Stephanie at the permit desk 371-4832 for the proper sequence of the forms. It would appear I am needing a demolition permit. I did complete an online version of this. I can just plan on stopping by your office at 723 West Markham to complete the form(s) but thought having it done in advance might save some time. What do you advise I need to do? Will just stopping by your office work? As soon as I get his email, I can sign off on the demo permit. You will need to get a demo permit for the work. Start with this form: https://www.littlerock.gov/media/4649/demolition-permit-checklist-sep_2018.pdf You can get your permit online or come to my office. Probably my office is the best option because you will eventually need my signature. The permit desk is open till 4:00 each day and they close for lunch. Do you know if I need to get a permit to remove the burnt materials from the lot? And if so, will that will need to go through your office? Or is their a separate process for a permit to remove the burnt materials? Thanks in advance.
