I have requested the Building official to go by the site and inspect. As soon as I get his email, I can sign off on
the demo permit. You will need to get a demo permit for the work.
Start with this form:
https://www.littlerock.gov/media/4649/demolition-permit-checklist-sep_2018.pdf
You can get your permit online or come to my office. Probably my office is the best option because you will
eventually need my signature.
The permit desk is open till 4:00 each day and they close for lunch.

So I just come by your office and apply for the permit? Pay a fee? I am not sure how this works.

We can have our Buildings Codes officer sign off on that demolition administratively. He will be back on Monday.

Brian-
I am sure you have already heard that the structure at 1414 Park Lane burned on Christmas Day. Do you know
if I need to get a permit to remove the burnt materials from the lot? And if so, will that will need to go through
your office? Or is their a separate process for a permit to remove the burnt materials?
Thanks in advance.
Greg
