Park Lane (Building Inspection) Follow Up Flag: Follow up Flag Status: Flagged Dear Brian, I inspected the above referenced site on Monday 1-6-20 and I offer the following response. This was a wood framed single family residential structure that was extensively damaged by a recent fire. The only thing left remaining is the wood floor and the masonry foundation. It is my professional opinion that the remaining wood structure and masonry foundation needs to be razed and removed as quickly as possible in order to protect the welfare of the citizens of Little Rock. If you have additional questions please contact me. Thanks, Chuck Givens Bldg. Codes Mgr. City of Little Rock, Building Codes Division 501-371-4828 Page 2 of 2
