After discussions and construction on your parts, it is necessary for you to file an application for
a public hearing at the Historic District Commission. Here is your timeline to get on the next
available hearing date.
Filing deadline with filing fee: January 10, 2020
Mailing notices: January 31, 2020
Attend the public hearing: February 9, 2020
Please follow the instructions exactly, if you need assistance, please let me know. You will
need to provide phots of the new awning as your application. You will need a cover letter to
state why you changed it and why you want to keep it the way you have it.
If you would like to meet three commissioners in an informal setting, you may do so on
December 20, 2019. You will need to have your application into me on Friday December 13th.
