Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Front Entry (Front Door and windows)
a) The overall appearance, size, and materials of the doors and windows are to remain the same
as before fire and reconstruction.
b) Doors and windows to be of anodized metal storefront system.
c) Doors to be a set of double doors to meet building code.
d) Windows to have a center mullion with two panes of glass per opening.
e) See attached photos.
2) Soffit on Awning
a) Install aluminum soffit and fascia pieces to awning.
b) See attached photos.
3) Roofing on Awning
a) Remove layers of asphalt roofing and/or additional layers of roofing materials.
b) Do not make changes to the awning shape, size, or location.
c) Reroof with Astonwood Steel Shingles, from Metalworks by Tamko. Color to be the choice of
the property owner.
d) Waterproof though flashing and other accepted construction practices the seam between brick
walls, awning, and steel shingles.
4) Painting
a) Scrape areas as needed on block and stucco areas.
b) Apply one coat of primer, and two coats of paint.
