Dear Ms. Wolfe,
I am sorry to hear that you have the flu. Hopefully it is not that really horrible one and
you will be well soon.
Your notices were not sent out according to the instructions. I received one that you
sent to Rayford and Shannon Tackett. It came back to me. Your responsibility is to
mail them and prove that you mailed them, not ensure that they pick the mail up.
I opened the letter. Your notice of public hearing that you included was correct. You
sent them certified mail, which was correct. You did not send them Return Receipt
Requested which is the green postcard that is attached to the back of the envelope.
Those postcards come back to me to show who picked up their mail.
Five days before the new hearing date, you will need to bring to me your Certified mail
receipts that have been stamped by the post office and your copy of the Notice of Public
hearing that you signed stating what day you mailed them on.
Your new hearing date will be March 9, 2020. Please mail your notices before February
28th. Feel free to call me or come by my office to ensure that the notices are performed
correctly.
