Attached for your review is the property owner information I received from Standard Abstract. The letters should be in the mail this afternoon or tomorrow. In reference to your questions regarding the added fencing, the fence material is pressure treated pine. In order to maintain consistency with existing fences on and surrounding the two properties at MaCArthur Place, the added fence will not be stained or painted in the future. As is the case with our neighbors, our fence also has a gate on the north side. The photos I sent you originally do describe the entirety of the added fencing. I have also included two additional photos in this email comparing the new fence on the north of our property to the existing fence in place on our neighbors property (618 Rock St) located on our shared driveway. This may help you and others to better visualize the fence addition. Our fence simply extends further down the length of our garage than theirs does. It is hard to get a broad view of the added portion of the fence on the south side of the property. The drawing describes it best. It simply connects on existing fence on the property to another existing fence on the property.
