No, they received it in their package.
I have not received your notice of public hearing signed, nor your green receipts stamped from the post office, nor your
abstract list. I was supposed to get that from You on Feb 3rd. I have not received any of your mailing return receipt
postcards where people have signed for them. Did you send them certified and return receipt requested? If you did not
do both, you have not fulfilled your notice requirements. Please check your instructions and let me know if you did
them correctly.
