Thanks. Is “break a leg” appropriate for marathons like it is in the theater world?
I do have a question: one of the applicants sent her notices certified but not return receipt. Debra was of the opinion
that it had to be return receipt. The instructions state return receipt.

What is your recommendation? Defer and have her re-notice? Do you think that this is a procedure issue or has she
not really notified via the state statue and city ordinance?
Please let me and Shawn know what you think.
