Dear Ms. Wolfe,
Your application HDC2020-004 for a fence, at 617 Cumberland Street will be heard
before the Historic District Commission on February 10, 2020. The hearing will be held
in the Board Room at City Hall at 500 West Markham on the second floor. The meeting
will begin at 5:00 p.m.
Your application will be item Two on the agenda. You or your agent must be present in
order for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #4 and #5. Use “HDC2020-004” to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions.
The application form states that “A description of materials for all exterior surfaces listed
above shall be provided to Staff at time of filing. The following information will need to
be submitted to Staff by January 29, 2020 to complete your filing.
Fencing on site: Is this a pressure treated pine fence? W ill it be stained or painted in
the future? Do the photos describe the entirety of the fencing on the site that you
added?

provide all information requested above in a complete manner before 5:00 pm January
29, 2020 will result in a Staff recommendation of Deferral on this application.
