One of the dogs is trying to jump the fence while barking non stop. You can see 1/2 of his body sticking up on
top of the fence when he barking. The man is standing there sometimes doing nothing.

We found an ordinance

have till January 10th to file for the February hearing. I will contact them again if I have not heard from
them soon. Usually the letter does the trick. I have that phone number you gave me.
