I have sent the owners both a certified letter and a regular USPS letter stating that they will have to apply for a fence
permit and a COA (public hearing) on the fence. I have not heard back from them yet. They have till January 10th to file
for the February hearing. I will contact them again if I have not heard from them soon. Usually the letter does the
trick. I have that phone number you gave me.
