It was good to speak with you yesterday evening at the Historic District Commission meeting. As we briefly discussed, I
am closing on a house later this month at 618 Ferry St, and I would like to make some repairs immediately after closing.
If you have time this week to come look at the property and give guidance, I would be grateful. I have opened my
schedule Wednesday through Friday this week, so let me know what works best for you. The weather looks like it will be
best on Thursday. If you are unavailable this week, I can make some time on my calendar next week. Please let me
know.
