MEMORANDUM
TO: DEPARTMENT HEADS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

SUBJECT: BEAR DEN ANNEXATION
DATE: MARCH 6, 2020
This is to inform you that the City of Little Rock has completed the annexation of the
area commonly called "Bear Den Annexation — A336 ". As a result of Ordinance 21,832
approximately 80 acres will become part of the City of Little Rock as of the writing of
this memorandum. This is vacant wooded land north of Chenal Valley Drive, either side
of Gordon Road. Please take all necessary actions to assure that the area receives city
services.
Attached you should find a copy of Ordinance 21,832 and map. The area annexed is
north of Chenal Valley Drive, north of the Germay and Sologne Neighborhoods of
Chenal either side of Gordon Road. If you have any questions, please contact meat 371-
