RE: Gordon Road Tract - Annexation
Mr. Malone,
Thank you for reviewing our annexation request.
Upon completion of the purchase of the subject property, the Applicant intends to
proceed without delay to develop the annexed acreage. The Applicant has not
determined the exact phasing of the development, but has decided to use the current
alignment of Gordon Road. The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that Gordon Road,
which is a public road maintained by Pulaski County, is not currently constructed to city
street standards and is now located in a fifty foot right of way.
As part of the development of each phase of the project, the Applicant will (i) dedicate by
plat sufficient additional right of way to allow Gordon Road to be developed to city street
standards, and (ii) develop full street improvements on that part of Gordon Road which
goes through each phase, with curb, gutter, appropriate drainage structures, and other
improvements consistent with city code. Applicant also understands that Gordon Road
must remain open and passable during each improvement phase.
