On January 9, 2020 at their regular hearing the Planning Commission approved your
request for annexation (A -336 Bear Den Annexation).
This matter has been forwarded to Board of Directors for a hearing. This letter is to
inform you that the item will be heard at the February 4, 2020 Little Rock City Board of
Directors meeting.
The Board of Directors meets on second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham Street
and the meeting starts at 6 P.M. This is a public hearing, and you are encouraged to
attend. Other interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or opposition to your
request. Please be prepared to answer questions if they arise.
