PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
Comes the petitioner, the undersigned property owner, and attests that it is the one
hundred percent (100%) owner of the land hereinafter described and proposed to be
annexed, and respectfully petitions the Court that said lands hereinafter described be
annexed to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, in accordance with the
provisions of Arkansas Code Ann. 14-40-609 (2017) which allows annexation by petition
of a one hundred percent landowner. In support of said petition, the petitioner hereby
attests before a notary public as follows:
1. That an accurate and complete description of the real property to be annexed
is attached as Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein for all purposes.
2. That attached hereto and made a part hereof is an accurate map, which
contains an accurate description of all land sought to be annexed to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
3. That the letter from a certified abstractor or title company attached as Exhibit
B verifies that the undersigned petitioner is the sole, one hundred percent owner of the
property to be annexed.
4. That the land described above and sought to be annexed to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, is contiguous to and adjoins an already established

boundary of the City of Little Rock as is shown on the map above referred to; that the
property proposed for annexation is suitable for use and zoned for residential and other
urban usage and purposes. That said area sought to be annexed constitutes a material,
logical and reasonable extension to the city limits of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and that no enclaves will be created by this annexation.
5. That attached as Exhibit C is a schedule of services that will be extended to the
area within three (3) years after the date the annexation becomes final.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray that this Court enter its order within fifteen (15)
days of its receipt of this petition from the Clerk making the findings and determinations
set forth in Arkansas Code Ann. 16-40-609(c)(2), and for such other relief as is just and
proper.
Petitioner names as the persons authorized to act in its behalf in connection with
said matter: Bradford Gaines, Colliers Arkansas or H. Baker Kurrus, Attorney at Law, H.
Baker Kurrus, PLLC.
