CITY SERVICES TO BE EXTENDED TO ANNEXED PROPERTY
All city services offered or available, including but not limited to police and fire protection, Code
enforcement services, emergency alert and response services, traffic control services, street and
drainage services, including maintenance thereof, waste management and recycling services, and all
other services offered or available within the City of Little Rock, and such other city services as shall be
offered in the future.
Annexation shall also allow property owners within the annexation to extend service lines to the Little
Rock Water Reclamation system and Central Arkansas Water system from the effective date of the
annexation.
