Re: Bear Den Annexation to the City of Little Rock
Dear Mr. Malone:
Included within this email please find the following:
1. Survey of proposed Bear Den Annexation.
2. Copy of petition to be filed in the Pulaski County Court, which includes a description of the
property to be annexed, the city services to be extended to the annexed property, and other
relevant information.
3. Copy of the AGIO information letter relating to this matter.
The Petition is being filed at this time with the Pulaski County Judge. The annexation is by a one
hundred percent (100 %) owner, and therefore the County Judge will act on the matter within fifteen
days of receipt. We will pursue approval with the County Judge and anticipate no issues or problems.
Please note that all of the right of way of the only existing county road, Gordon Road, which abuts any
part of the property is completely within the proposed annexation tract.
Upon entry of the County Judge's Order of Annexation we will make the necessary filings with
the City and proceed with the actions required to complete the annexation process. I will provide you
with this order as soon as it is entered. Please place this matter on the Planning Commission Agenda
for consideration at its first available meeting. I understand that the next agenda filing deadline is
November 25, 2019, and therefore we are transmitting this filing in order to make the agenda for the
meeting which will occur on January 9, 2020.
