Attached is a copy of a sketch illustrating the area requesting annexation to the City of Little
Rock. The area requesting annexation is some 80 acres plus or minus in size, north of Chenal
Drive, north of the Germay and Sologne Neighborhoods of Chenal. The area is currently R -2,
zoned single- family. The land is undeveloped and wooded at this time. The owner is proposing
to develop the land with single- family homes after annexation. If there are no issues or concerns
