I have purchased the Max Mull house next to Enoch's Salon, at the corner of Westchester
and Taylor Loop. The purpose is to locate my law practice onto Taylor Loop, under a
"suburban office" designation. I am currently in the Koger Center on Shackleford Road,
across from the Arkansas Heart Hospital.
The nature of my practice generates very little on -premise traffic. Parking needed for staff
will be off-street. A properly landscaped visual barrier is planned.
The major thoroughfare nature of Taylor Loop as it connects with Rahling Road is a
foregone conclusion. I would serve as an appropriate transitional buffer for your
neighborhood to the busy, busy Taylor Loop artery. Changes, including four-laning, are
inevitable on this road. A quiet, low -traffic use of a suburban character would seem to be
a preferred option.
