ORDINANCE NO. 19,313
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE RIVER MOUNTAIN PLANNING
DISTRICT FROM SUBURBAN OFFICE TO MIXED
USES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to
amend the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Suburban Office and the entirety of the Transition on the north
side of Cantrell Road immediately west of the eastern leg of Taylor Loop be amended to
Mixed Use.
SECTION 2. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage and approval.

The Pulaski County Assessor's Office

008.00-027.00 located at Cantrell Road
west of Pinnacle Valley Drive in Little
Rock, Arkansas.
The Department of Planning and
Development has been in the process
of reviewing the Land Use Plan and
Zoning for the area in and around your
property. The proposed changes are a
result discussions and review by city
staff. Your property is currently shown
as Transition and Suburban Office.
There is a proposal to change the Land Use category for your property to Mixed Use
A list of Land Use Plan categories is attached as well as a brochure concerning Land
Use Plan Amendments. A change to the Land Use Plan does not change your zoning or
taxes.
Please contact us indicating your wishes to the address above before November 18,
2004. If no response is given, the planning staff will view this as an acceptance of the
change in the Land Use Plan category. The change will then be taken before the
Planning Commission and later to the Board of Directors. The Planning Commission
meeting is held at City Hall at 4:00 p.m. on December 2, 2004.
