The property contains 3.6 acres located on the north side of Highway No. 10, just west of Taylor Loop Road. The development will consist of two lots with a single building on each. Lot 1 will have a drive-thru restaurant containing 3,000 sq. ft. Lot 2 will contain 21,000 sq. ft. of office space and 8,200 sq. ft. of commercial space. The percentage for each use is 65% office, with 35% commercial. This development has office uses to the west, and commercial to the east. The property is relatively close to the traffic signal and commercial node at Taylor Loop Road. The developer has users for the restaurant and half the office space on Lot 2.
