Dear Vince,
Enclosed is an application for a Land Use Amendment for a tract of land at the
intersection of Cantrell Road and Taylor Loop Road in Little Rock. This tract of land is a
part of proposed Lot 2 of the Cantrell Loops Subdivision. The applicant currently has a
PCD application being reviewed by city staff and would like to have this application
heard at the same time as the PCD.
A portion of proposed Lot 2 is currently shown on the Land Use Plan as SF. The
applicant is desirous to amend the Land Use Plan to allow for a small commercial retail
shopping center to be constructed on this property.

This item has been forwarded to the Board of Directors for a hearing. This letter
is to inform you that the item will be heard at the April 6, 2004 Little Rock City
Board of Directors meeting.
The Board of Directors meets on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West
Markham Street, and starts at 6:00. This is a public meeting, and you are
encouraged to attend. Other Interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or
