Z-7412 River Harbor - Dear Donna: As per our telephone conversation this morning, we are still awaiting U.S. Corps of Engineers permit modifications, as well as some other agency approvals, and are not yet able to present the information required by the Planning Commission for further review of the captioned application. Therefore, please consider this as a request for a further deferral of the public hearing of the matter. It is my understanding that the next available time is December S, 2003. Also, as I explained, family medical/transportation issues make it difficult for me to be in attendance this afternoon, and I respectfully request that I not be required to be present to speak to the deferral.
