at 6:00 PM.
Application is hereby made to the Board of Directors of Little Rock, Arkansas through
the Planning Commission pursuant to Arkansas law on City planning, Act 186 of 1957,
Acts of Arkansas, and section 36 of the Little flock Code of Ordinances as amended
petitioning for classification of the following described area as a Short Form Planned
Zoning Development.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Lot 1, Gibby Additon to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Title to Ibis property is vesper in: Diana House
It is desired that the boundaries shown an the District Map be amended and that
this area Be reclassified from the present Fill Single Family Residential District to PCO
Planned Commercial District.
Present Use of Property: Vacant residential structure, previously used as a day care
facility since 1978.
Desired Use of Property: Custom design and production of depends, plus design
services and showroom sales for other window treatments
(blinds, shades, shutters. etc.)
It is understood that notice of the public hearing hereon before the Little Rock Planning
Commission will be published at least fifteen If 5) days prior to said hearing in a daily
ewpaper as required by Act 186 of the 1957 Acts of Arkansas and Section 23 of said
Ordinance, and tat notice of preliminary hearing before the Commission must be
circulated by the applicant to all other pares in Interest, Including owners of land within
200 feet of to boundary of to area under consideration as required by the rules of to
