COMPOSITION AND APPOINTMENT
The Planning Commission is composed of eleven (11) members appointed by the Board of
Directors for three (3) year terms. The appointments are structured to provide an overlap in
terms to assure an experienced quorum at all times. Only one (1) position is fixed or permanent,
that being the one allotted to the School Board.
