This matter was raised at the Property Owner's Association Christmas party, which we hosted at our home. There was no objection to the change in zoning by those members present. I have been distributing the folders today, and most of the commissioners seemed pleased with the additional information. I certainly have a challenge with Mr. Putnam, who has not veered from his initial opposition. One view that seems to be unanimous is that this property is not suitable for a residence and it occures to me that it will be even less so in ten to fifteen years. Once again I would like you to know what a cooperative and pleasant atmosphere you have established in your offices, Amazing to me when you are dealing with so many different interests etc. Thanks for doing what you can to make it a calm and reasonable process.
