My home is located on the opposite side of University. Mrs. Bailey has improved the appearance of this property. This is such a prominent intersection in our city that Little Rock and the neighboring properties will benefit by it being properly maintained. The structure on the property is located so closely to Cantrell that it is not suitable for a residence. The appropriate zoning for this location is suburban office. Sincerelv. A-
