The appointments are structured to provide an overlap in terms to assure an experienced quorum at all times. Only one (1) position is fixed or permanent, that being the one allotted to the School Board. I am very strongly opposed to having the land use plan altered. As a property owner in the neighborhood and a member of the real estate community I feel this would impose a negative effect on the neighborhood along with various traffic and safety concerns. I am sure when the purchaser bought the property they realized it is zoned residential and if they wanted commercial they should have bought in a commercial zoned area. Please do not alter the plan.
