Concerning the property located on the southeast corner of University and Cantrell. I am
very strongly opposed to having the land use plan altered. As a property owner in the
neighborhood and a member of the real estate community I feel this would impose a
negative effect on the neighborhood along with various traffic and safety concerns. I am
sure when the purchaser bought the property they realized it is zoned residential and if
they wanted commercial they, should have bought in a commercial zoned area. Please do
not alter the plan.
