We support M. J. Bailey Realty's recent application to change the zoning of the property
located on the southeast corner of the Cantrell and University intersection to suburban
office. Our home is located within the South Normandy Property Owner's Association.
The improvements to the appearance of this property enhance the surrounding properties.
Prior to her ownership, this property was not properly maintained.

Thanks for your time yesterday. I have been distributing the folders today, and most of
the commissioners seemed pleased with the additional information. I certainly have a
challenge with Mr. Putnam, who has not veered from his initial opposition.
One view that seems to be unanimous is that this property is not suitable for a residence
and it occures to me that it will be even less so is ten to fifteen years.
Once again I would like you to know what a cooperative and pleasant atmosphere you
have established in your offices. Amazing to me when you are dealing with so many
different interests etc. Thanks for doing what you can to make it a calm and reasonable
process.
