Douglas Stokes, M.D. I have talked with Brian Minyard concerning the proposed change of the single family residence located behind my office of 405 and 409 North University. The current request is to change from the current office to multi -family zoning. The clinics at 405 and 409 North University are opposed to this change since this change will effect one single family residence which adjoins our current parking lot which we enter from University and also is directly across the street from our parking lot on C street. It seems the future possibility would for this to be an additional parking space and to rezone back to the office in the future seems to be inappropriate. We are not opposed to the changes on the property south of 405 University as long as we have access to C street from both north and south bound lanes of University avenue. have talked with Mr. Bob Turner and he advises that that would be the requirement,if this land use plan was approved.
