During the April 20th meeting of the subdivision committee of the Little Rock Planning Commission, the Planning Department staff converted our PZD application from a Planned Office Development (P.O,D,) to a Planned Residential Development (P.R,D.) Because of this action, our application for Land Use Amendment (#LUOQ -04-0 I ) is not required.
