Box 9877 Little Rock, Arkansas 72219 Dear Mr. Bennett: Reference is made to your letter of May 2, 1977 which was addressed to the Commercial National Bank, Attention Mr. Dale J. Winthroth, Vice President. You said in your letter, among other things, that I stated to you that I would have the matter deferred and another letter would be sent out so that there would not be any misunderstand- ing over the street address which was given in the first letter. If you will remember, I told you that I would check with the City Planning Division and determine if it was necessary to have the new letter sent out. I did not state that I would automatically do so. I did check with the City and they told me that there has been confusion for some time on street addresses along Mabelvale Pike and that the correct legal description had been run in the newspaper as required. I was told that it would not be necessary to send out a new letter to every property owner. Therefore, on this basis, the matter was considered at the April meeting of the Planning Commission. The Geyer Springs Elementary School is located within a block or so of this property. The construction of any business on this property would possibly increase the traffic flow within this area. (2) Gazette on Wednesday, April 27, of the Zoning Commission meeting Bob Stover that "5201 Mabelvale commercial and E-1 quiet business" I am, therefore, filing a protest with the Commercial National Bank, Barnes, auinn, Flake and Anderson, Inc. Realty, and the Little Rock Planning Commission because of the incorrect location stated in the notification to the neighborhood. I feel the Planning Commission sho-:�'_J reconsider this hearing when the neighborhood is properly notified as Mr. Flake promised me and as Mr. Wood of the Planning Commission verified. I trust this information will serve to the best interest of all parties involved. My main interest is to register a complaint inasmuch as our property was involved by using our address incorrectly.
