AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE #13,285; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SL�2TION 1. That certain legal description set out in
Ordinance #13,285 which reclassified Labette Drive at Labette
Manor in the City of Little Rock was in part erroneous and
sai� legal description is hereby amended to read as follows:
Culmencing at the Southwest Corner of the NWa of
Section 11, T -1-N, R -13-W, in the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, for the point of
beginning; thence S 890 22' W, 328.92'; thence
S 00 08' E, 130.00 feet; thence N 890 52' E, 35.00

SUBJECT: Rezoning Ordinance Error For I OLLOW UP:
Labette Manor
Labette Manor was rezoned from "A" Single Family to
"MF -12" by two separate ordinances at different times.
The south 40 + feet of two 80 -foot lots north of Labette
Drive were not included in either legal description,
however, it is apparent the intent was to have this
entire property zoned "MF -12"
It is requested that an ordinance amending Ordinance
13,285 be drawn up with the attached description and
presented to the Little Rock Board of Directors for their
December 20, 1977 meeting.
A construction permit has been applied for, and is
being held until passage of this amending ordinance.
