ANALYSIS Although most of the above suggests that "C" zoning might be appropriate, the Staff has taken the position on the previous request that the owner, at the time of platting these lots, had an option of platting the lots into other ways less affected by the adjacent land uses. In fact, most of the argument for rezoning property now was in place or planned at that time. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff restates its previous recommendation which was denial. COMMISSION ACTION There were no objectors present. One person present asked questions concerning the development type, but did not oppose the request.
