I have talked to Mr. Woodson Walker and Mr. Mike Tacker who represent the property owners in the area and they are in the process of forming a property owner's association in an effort to purchase the 18 lots that Fausett & Company had made application to rezone. Realizing it would take longer than ten days or two weeks for them to work out this purchase, we would appreciate this matter being deferred an additional thirty days or until the May meeting.
