Planning Commission as a zoning matter (2) the Board co.uld..approve- the request and require extensive screening pavi.n.g.,.._etc_ to_.soften the .expansion effect on -the neighborhood. (3) The Board..could...deny..the request and leave a non -.conforming use to their . usual fate-... The_ Board after a lengthy discussion-voted-to.deny�tha.issue. At.the Mar.ch.Plaaning Commission Meeting the study -of the area_was_.pres_ented,.and it reflected that the "I" request by.the owner-_was-imprope.rl.y-.lo.ca.ted.-The Commission voted to -deny th.e.app_iication..b.ut..,dir:e.cted_the staff_to.help-Mr. Williams refile for-Board.of_Adjustment..con.sideration. .The motion was adopted by - the Commission also asking_that._the Board of.A.dj ustment give favorable, consideration.to.the new..request.__Before the owner could carry through his second variance request, he suffered health problems and postponed any action until this time.
