Staff Report- This tract lies on the south side of West Markham
Street in an area that has been designated as an "E-1" expansion
area. In 1973 the Commission established this "E-1" area in
response to numerous applications. The boundaries of the area
generally are Ellis Dr. on the east, I-430 on the west and 300 ft.
deep off both sides of West Markham.
Staff Recommendation- The staff recommends approval as filed as
the request is it line with the plan for the area.
There were no objectors present at the meeting. The applicant

TO ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST, including the owners of land lying within
200 feet of the boundary of property at 9923 West Markham owned by
A. B. Farquharson, the legal description of which is as follows:
