Application is hereby made to your Board pursuant to Arkansas Statutes
19-2816 and Section 18-8 of the Little bock Zoning Ordinance (No. 5420)
as amended, relative to property located at 2804 North Taylor
Street (s) , described as Lot (s) the- N. 30, -of_ .8 & the

a variance from the front yard provisions of
Section _ 11 _of that ordinance to permit extension and enclosure of

as shown on the attached site plan. The applicant feels that a strict
enforcement of these provisions would be a hardship because.*
this is the only practical location in which this extension could be
made to the existing building
A list of the names and addresses of the owners of adjacent properties
described below is included herewith.
It is understood that notice of the public hearing hereon (Form 1N)
must be circulated by the applicant to all other parties in interest,
including owners of land within 14.0 feet of the boundary of the above
described property, and that such notice shall also be published in a
daily newspaper as required by said ordinance and the rules of the _
Board and that the cost of these notices and the cost of the stipulated
filing fee shall be borne by the applicant.

"NOTE* This application is for a V_ARIA_NCE from the zoning requirements
based on extreme hardship caused by unusual characteri-stics of the
above described property. The Board does not have the power to change
the zone classification of the property nor to make any change in the
regulaticns of the ordinance.
INSTRUCTIONS°
(a) Type or print three applications - Form IlA.
(b) Attach two copies of the site plan, certified by a registered
Engineer or Architect, showing existing and proposed improve-
ments on the lot with all dimensions.
(c) Pay filing fee in Office of City Collector and file above
papers with the Secretary of the Board of Adjustment, Room
3009 City Hall at least 12 days prior to hearing.
(d) Circulate Notice of Hearing, Form 1N, and return it at least
3 da s prior to the hearing.
