On January 7, 1977, I filed the above application on behalf
of Youth Home, Inc., requesting a zoning variance on property
located at 820 North Spruce Street, Little Rock, Arkansas,
legally described as Lot 3, Block 54, Pulaski Heights Addition
to Little Rock. Youth Home's application is set for public
hearing before the Board of Adjustment on February 28, 1977,
at 2:00 p.m.
The sign to be affixed to the property has not been posted,
and owners of property within 200 feet of the subject property
have not been notified.
Youth Home hereby withdraws its said application for a
zoning variance.
