5 NORTHEAST OF ALDERSGATE ROAD AND WEST 20TH STREET,.
6 FROM RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY TO RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM
7 DENSITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan and recommends
10 it for adoption.
11 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK:
13 Section 1. Located in northeast of Aldersgate Road and West 20th Street, the Land Use Plan is
14 changed from Residential Low Density (RL) to Residential Medium Density (RM) as shown on the
15 attached graphic.
16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
17 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
18 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
20 ordinance.
21 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the
22 provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
