Markham St. Little Rock, AR 72201 RE; Northwest Territory Land Use and Rezoning Request Mr. Moore, Please find attached four copies of the land use plan and four copies of the rezoning plan for the above referenced property along with an application and filing fee for this request. The property is located at 6500 The Divide Parkway and contains approximately 12.59 acres. The developer would like to respectfully request a Land Use change from RL to R11. The property to the west is RM, and the property to the south is RH. The developer would also like to request a rezoning of the property from the current R-2 zoning to MF - 18. The adjacent property to the south is zoned MF -18 and the adjacent property to the west is zoned MF - 12. Please place this item on the next Meeting for the Planning Commission. The proposed change is from RL, RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY to RH, RESIDENTIAL HIGH DENSITY. The application was filed by BRIAN DALE, of WHITE DATERS ASSOCIATES. A public hearing will be held by the Little Rock Planning Commission in the Board of Directors Chamber, second floor, City Hall, on AUGUST 1, 2019 at 4:00 P.M.
