Regarding to my previous email pertained to your LU19-11-01 and LU19-20-01 agenda items I would like to inform you that the BOD meeting time on September 3, 2019 has changed from 6:00
pm to 4:00 pm. It will start at 4:00pm. FYI

Subject: LU19-20-01 Board of Directors meeting
Dear Mr. DALE,
On August 1, 2019, the Planning Commission heard your request for a Land Use Plan Amendment, LU19-20-01, at 6500 Divide Parkway. The request of Land Use change from Residential Low
(RL) to Residential High (RH). This action was approved by the Planning Commission that evening.
This item has been forwarded to the Board of Directors for a hearing. This email is to inform you that the item will be tentatively (we will notify you if the date changes) heard together
with Rezoning application of the property at September 3, 2019, Little Rock City Board of Directors meeting.
The Board of Directors meets on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, and starts at 6:00. This is a public meeting, and you are encouraged to attend. Other Interested
parties are allowed to speak in favor or opposition to the plan change. Please be prepared to answer questions if they arise.
