On March 28, 2019, the Planning Commission heard your request for a Land Use Plan Amendment, LU19-25-01, at Northeast of Fourche Dam Pike and Interstate 440 Intersection, south of E.
Port Drive property, the request of Land Use change from Commercial (C) to Industrial (I). This action was approved by the Planning Commission that evening.
This item has been forwarded to the Board of Directors for a hearing. This email is to inform you that the item will be tentatively (we will notify you if the date changes) heard together
with Rezoning application of the property at May 7, 2019, Little Rock City Board of Directors meeting.
The Board of Directors meets on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, and starts at 6:00. This is a public meeting, and you are encouraged to attend. Other Interested
parties are allowed to speak in favor or opposition to the plan change. Please be prepared to answer questions if they arise.
