The Staff's recommendation was read as follows: "T"he Staff recommends
deni .... l of the application. Subject property was re.zoned ''MF 12" by the
Commission aftermuch discussion of the case. It is felt that the zoning
as approved should stand."
Mr. Charlie Brown was present representing the applicant. He said that
apparently the Staff's major concern is it would rezone the entire area
other than this particular property. In view of that objection, I would
li.ke to see what I could do about it. We would like to ask for a 60 day
deferral until the January meeting.
A motion was made to defer this matter until the January 4th meeting,
which was seconded and passed.
