deferred at last month's meeting at the request of the applicant).
"The Staff restates its previous recommemlation which was to
recommend approval of the application. It is felt that an "E-1 11
use across the street from the recommended ''MF 24" (Case No. 1894)
would be a compatible use and it would serve to enco·urage "E-1"
and apartment development of property on the south side of
Markham Street from the vicinity of Oak Lane to I-430."
There were no objectors present.
