The Staff's recommendation was read as follows- "The Staff recommends approval of
the application. S u'bject property is adjacent on the rear of seven lots zoned "C°"
by the Planning Commission in Apr il. A church and a church parking lot lie across
the street to the south which development includes a kindergarten zoned "C". In
this two blocks in length portion. of Indiana only 7 lots are used single-family
and two of these are oriented toward MississippL Duplex development of these lots
would be a practical and compatible development of the property."
