this application. This property lies adjacent to the Interstate Highway and Little
Rock Industrial District as well as other "I" zoned properties.
A few -residential uses exist east and south of this tract but should not be seriously
affected inasmuch as access to this property will likely be from I-30 frontage road
or Scott Hamilton Drive to the west."
Mr. J. D. Toney was present representing the applicants Sam Strauss, and Everett
Tu4er. There were no objectors.
